1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is VINFINITTI Inc. (the “Company”, “we”, “us”), 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 18245, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA.

In all matters concerning the processing of your personal data you can contact us at: privacy@vinfinitti.com.

We are based in the United States. Because we offer this event to people in the European Union, we process the personal data of EU/EEA visitors in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Scope of this policy

This policy explains how we process personal data of visitors to the VinFinitti Summit Warsaw website and of people who register for the event. It also describes the cookies and similar technologies we use.

3. What data we collect

Registration data

  • Your name and email address, provided in the registration form.
  • The fact and date of your consent to be contacted about the event.

Technical data

  • Data collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies, such as IP address, browser type, device information and how you interact with the site (only where you have consented to analytics or marketing cookies).

4. Why we process your data

  • To register you for the VinFinitti Summit Warsaw and manage your participation.
  • To contact you with practical information about the event.
  • To secure the registration form against spam and abuse.
  • To measure how the site is used and, where you consent, to show and measure marketing (analytics and marketing cookies).

5. Legal basis

We process your data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

  • Art. 6(1)(b) – taking steps at your request before entering into and performing the arrangements for your participation (registration).
  • Art. 6(1)(a) – your consent, for analytics and marketing cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.
  • Art. 6(1)(f) – our legitimate interest in securing the form (spam protection) and in the correct operation and security of the site.

6. Spam protection (Google reCAPTCHA)

The registration form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which helps us distinguish humans from automated bots. reCAPTCHA analyses technical data (such as IP address and interactions with the site) and is subject to Google’s privacy policy and terms of use.

See Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

7. Who we share data with

We share your data only with service providers who help us run the event and the website, acting as our processors – for example hosting and email providers, and Google (reCAPTCHA and, where you consent, analytics).

International data transfers

As our Company is established in the United States, your personal data is transferred to and stored in the USA, and some of our providers may also process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Transfers of data of EU/EEA visitors are safeguarded by appropriate mechanisms under the GDPR, in particular the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. You can request more information about these safeguards using the contact details below.

8. How long we keep data

  • Registration data: for the time needed to organise and follow up on the event, and afterwards only as required to handle any claims.
  • Cookie-based data: for the lifetime of the relevant cookie or until you withdraw consent (see the cookie table below).
  • Your consent record for cookies is stored for up to 12 months, after which we ask again.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • access your data and receive a copy of it;
  • rectify inaccurate data and complete incomplete data;
  • erase your data (“right to be forgotten”);
  • restrict processing;
  • data portability;
  • object to processing based on our legitimate interest;
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

To exercise your rights, contact us at privacy@vinfinitti.com. If you are in the EU/EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority – in Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa).

10. Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We use them to keep the site working, to remember your choices, and – only with your consent – for analytics and marketing. When you first visit, a banner lets you accept all, reject optional cookies, or choose per category. Necessary cookies are always active because the site cannot function without them.
